During your nutritional therapy home visit we will complete a health questionnaire to better understand your health conditions, your symptoms, lifestyle, goals and current diet and medications and/or supplements. This will help your nutritionist build a picture of your health history, design a personalised dietary plan and any lifestyle or dietary habits that may play a role in any health or weight issues you may be experiencing.
